What we're all avoiding but need to know

Our Contract/Policy:

To reserve any service or item(s) a down payment of $50 is required. Your service/item will not be reserved until the deposit is received.

We offer Pickup and Delivery options. Our delivery fee varies. The amount is determined by a dollar per mile, both ways. Pickup is free.

Damage Waiver Equipment Protection fees are applied to all orders. The Damage Waiver fee is 10% of the rental order. Damage Waiver fees are refundable

Cancelations within 7 days of the event will be given a full refund.

Cancelations within 4 days of the event will be given a 30% refund.

Cancelations within 48 hours of the event will not be given a refund.

The $50 down payment is required at booking. This can be sent through paypal, cashapp, applepay or venmo.

We can accommodate payment plans if needed. The total balance is due up to 10 days prior to the event.

By sending the $50 deposit, that will act as your electronic signature in agreement with CT Party Supplies rental agreement policy.
